What we collect
Nothing you type, because there's nothing to type: no accounts, no forms, no newsletter, no comments. The turnover calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere. The state picker on the home page changes a sentence on the page and isn't stored.
Hosting and server logs
The site is static and served by a hosting provider that records standard request logs (IP address, page requested, browser type, time) for security and traffic purposes, retained for a limited period under the provider's own policy. We don't run analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party tags of any kind.
Links to bookmakers
Links to a bookmaker leave this site. What the bookmaker collects from you is governed by its own privacy policy. Where an affiliate arrangement exists, the bookmaker may tell us that a new account was opened via a link from this site, without identifying you to us; the how we earn page says whether any such arrangement is live.
If you email us, we keep the email for as long as the matter is open and delete it afterwards. We don't add addresses to any list, and we don't send marketing; the Spam Act 2003 would apply if we ever did.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to hello@thepuntledger.com. The regulator is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, oaic.gov.au.

This policy was written on 29 September 2026. If it changes, the date changes with it.
